Title: When's this years deadline for NCSA applications? No HGA's?

Looks like things are a little behind on the NCSA website.  The "Important Dates" page is empty as well.  Anyone know when the application deadline is? I was thinking 31 Dec but some activities are still missing dates.

I heard a rumor that the Honor Guard Academies are no longer NCSA's. They aren't listed this year, can anyone confirm?

Last year's list of Cadet Special Activities that were hosted by the wings for last summer was signed on 1 Jan.  That may be when they announce it for next summer's events.

In previous year's, the deadline to apply was 15 January.
