Attempts to reach either on different networks fail.

NHQ on 4 day weekend

Yeah, I've been trying to get stuff uploaded into eServices. How convenient. NHQ may be closed for admin needs, but CAP's mission is 24/7. I'm assuming it's just a temporary outage.

Yes, as announced on the front page of E-services several days ago. Any Emergency or operational issues go through the NOC.

I can't see completely shutting down the NHQ website for the entire weekend. Why would that make any sense?
