Jason Phipps passed away over the weekend after a hard-fought battle with brain cancer. Some of you may have known "Doc" from HMRS or training conducted in SCWG or FLWG or perhaps IACE or somewhere else in the program. He was a good man, an excellent father, and one hell of a medic both on the street and in the field. It was my privilege to call him 'friend'.
