regarding the job requirement of the Group Personnel officer, is there a manual with the required responsibilities?  Anyone give advice as to what I should be doing?

It's the same as a unit Personnel Officer for those members assigned to the Group charter,
and in addition should serve as mentor, policeman, and commander's voice (in regards to personnel
related matters) for the subordinate units.

That and also acting as a buffer for Wing.

Consolidating reporting from the subordinate units for upchanneling, helping with SUIs, etc.

20-1 and the PO pamphlet are about all there is.
