Looking for advice on WLE's. I am going to be the GTL for our wings GT during the evaluation and was wondering if anyone out there can tell me what to prepare for and what to expect. Obviously this is my first one. Thanks

A WLE is just like any other exercise, except that it's lead by wing. Prepare for it just like you would any other exercise.

+1 - You should have a GBD, he will task you and advise on routes, patterns, and search plan.
Keep him informed, make sure to check in on time, don't deviate without approval, and
use your checklists.
