Hey Team, I've been checking the National and Wing sites for any winter encampments but I haven't seen anything yet. Does anyone here know if any SER wings are running a winter encampment? I have about 4-5 cadets possibly looking to go.
Florida usually has one that runs 12/26 to the new year.

Same with KYWG I think but I haven't seen anything in their websites or calendars. And I do my best to not assume, as you know the saying...
They're probably waiting until they have everything nailed down before publishing the details, and the summer encampments are completed.

Scuttlebutt has it that KYWG will be doing a Winter Encampment this year at Ft. Campbell.
The last time they did one at Campbell that I know of was eons ago (89) when I was a cadet. It was by far my favorite encampment. I hope they get them going at Knox and Campbell again.

My favorite of my 7 Encampments as a cadet was Lackland AFB. Second favorite were the 2 I did at Ft. Sill.
If there are any devoted cadets there's a winter one in ORWG.

FLWG's will be December 27th (staff arrival) to the 4th of January

A Winter Encampment was just announced for VA/NC Wings at Langley AFB.
With the Hurrican condition winding down I can ensure you information will be posted as soon as possible. Including the website.

Kansas Wing cancelled this years. I have been to two of their's and they are pretty good encampments. Last couple have been at Ft Riley/Camp Funston.
