What are the requirements besides COS to become a cadet Lt.COL?

CAPR 52-16 is your friend...

You can still use the ECI 13 or AFIADL-13. ECI 13 was the old name for the test.

Its a easy test and with a hour of studying you will pass easy.

other than that you just have the Essay & Speech Assignment, and the usual stuff (CPFT, Moral Leadership Ect...)
