HELP!!!

Okay our squadron is in need!! I am our DCC and need to make our cadets enjoy our program and WANT to be there. We are planning a weekend event that will be like camping ect and I have a great schedule idea for some ES BUT is there guidelines- rules or even suggestions written out to tell me how to do this where to start and maybe a step by step guide... can someone please help

When we do weekend camping events we usually train off of the UDF or GTM3 SQTR. Even if there's not an evaluator there to sign the tasks off its always good training and fun to boot.

I suggest asking your group ES officer if he can help scrounge up some GTM3/2 SETs to help with teaching and planning the weekend, their experience will help greatly
