Has Anyone Encountered a Problem Taking the Class Reviewing a SOS in Axis?

Has anyone taken the class Reviewing a Safety Significant Occurrence in Axis? I did but after looking at the powerpoint presentations, when I tried opening the quizzes, nothing happens. I reported that in the Help Desk but nothing appears, it is as if no one reported anything. What gives? Is it that CAPSIS is so new that everyone is having problems and the Help Desk is so overwhelmed that it is not taking requests on this class?
