Need help with the unit patch.

Okay, so my unit has finally found proper inspiration for our unit motto/patch. We would like to alter an old Air Force unit's patch and use their motto. They are the 394th Bombardment Group and were stationed at Floyd Bennett Field, NY back in 1951.

I have their patch and motto, but it's the wrong shape (shield) and I'm no good at graphic arts. I am requesting help from a volunteer to turn the image into a disc/rockers of proper proprtions, clean up the image (it's low resolution), change one of the basic colors (from white to golden yellow) and insert our unit's charter number/new motto into the rockers as per USAF heraldry. Of course I can't pay for it to be done, but I will ship you the patch once we have it produced, free of charge.
