AAFES Phone orders

I know awhile back AAFES changed call systems and we were no longer able to place orders over the phone. Has this been fixed so we can order over the phone?

Which is kinda weird since AAFES is usually very good about detecting unspent funds in their customers pockets and finding ways to get those funds...

I thought that was Vanguard not AAFEs that did that.

Then you have never dealt with AAFES then. NEX and MCX are just as bad.
