    Israel has arrested a long-time wanted terror leader in the West Bank city of Ramallah.
    According to Israeli security officials and Palestinian sources in Ramallah, the terrorist was arrested while having sex in a car, just a few hundred feet from late PLO leader Yasser Arafat's grave.
