CAP Photo Contest

I seem to recall that at least at one time there was some sort of national CAP photo contest.  Anyone heard of this?  If there is one, do they post the submitted photos anywhere?  I think such a contest would have the potential to really help build up a photo gallery archives for public affairs use.
