Is anyone here from the Luke AFB Cadet Squadron?

I am interested in joining CAP so I can get some leadership experience before I apply for the Air Force Academy.  I have a couple of questions to ask.  How much does it cost to join?  I think my parents will let me join but only if I pay me dues my self.  And when do you guys meet?  I would like to attend a few meeting as a guest before I join.  Is there anything else I should know?  Thanks.
