Civil Air Patrol's Report to Congress Gone Forever?!

As noted this reported disappeared after 2008.  It's too bad because it had additionally statistical information that the narrative in the financial reports fails to provided.   Personally I'd like to see this report revived as a Report to Congress and the Nation and we could send out to every media outlet in the US (or at least the ones we normally have contact with locally).
