The Winter '11 issue of The Transmitter (the Chaplain Corps newsletter) is now available on the NHQ website:

After nearly 3 years of serving as editor and having published 10 issues -- as well as completing a major project for the Chaplain Corps, Chaplain (Lt Col) Paul Ward - PCR HC has stepped down as the Publications Specialist.
