Does anybody here know if SM patrons upon transfering to active status, recive the CAP new memeber binder?

The one's that have done so in my squadron have not received the binder.  However, I have not had one transfer in the past 6 months.

They are not new members, despite having to go through the background check again.

Thanks for the info, I guess because they did not pay the new memeber fee they dont get the packet.  When it comes to memebership fees , I wish I was a patron .
