Hey,

I'm sewing on my insignia and 39-1 says 1 inch from the front edge of collar, but as for the size I am supposed to make the insignia it simply says 'regular size'.

What is regular size???

The same size as on your shoulder boards. The cloth grade insignia, only comes in one size

Cadet sew-on insignia only come in one size. As for folding, make it 1/8" larger than the embroidery, in a rectangular shape, with the folds parallel to the edges of the embroidery.

insignia, not the blue.
