POC for National DSN

Good Morning Members,

    Any of you members know the DSN for National, especially some one I can talk to about CAP insurance Policy. The commercial numbers given won't received any call from overseas and I need to get a copy of the insurance policy for the Army Garrison at Stuttgart, Germany for our permit to operate renewal.
   I have tried multiple ways and emails no answer. I call the numbers and it seem some one picks up the phone and hangs  right away. Thank you Gentlemen.

Try DSN prefix 493 and then the last 4. Make sure you use the CONUS area code.
