CPB9 Grand Isle Location Needed

Please help me find the exact position of  CPB9 on Grand Isle LA. I will be position there on either the afternnon of the 25th or all the next day looking for local folks additional stories and really hope to pin the tail on the donkey and bring back stories and photos.
