Membership Refund?

So I'm curious. If a member decides to leave CAP, but paid for 2 or 3 years, will NHQ refund the member the dues for the years they don't want to serve? For example. If a member renewed last year for two years, then decided they no longer wanted to serve, would National refund for next year? Has anyone tried this?

I would think you should call National to ask.

National will refund the dues if you let them know and request it.
