While doing something else I came across this book, which apparently includes oral history interviews with WWII CAP members (although that is not its focus):

I was a Group V headquarters this past weekend for Hurricane Ike recovery and found some Texas Wing Historical materials.  I would love to read these things,
"We have been given the power to change CAP, let's keep the momentum going!"
