You guys could fight about the meaning of the word "is".
What do you mean "fight"?

Perhaps "argue in a semantic fashion" is more accurate than "fight."

Nice idea, not workable for CAP, far outside its mandate and mission.

Pretty sure it works within our mandate to promote cyber power.
And where exactly is that "mandate"?

"Supporting America's communities with emergency response, diverse aviation and ground services, youth development, and promotion of air, space and cyber power."
U.S. Code Title 10 and 36 contain our only "mandates".  Neither contain any mention of cyber.

Doesn't mean that the law can't change.

In our current dead locked congress? Good luck!
