I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get the scores of the WV Wing from Wing and Region Competitions for Color Guard.  I'm trying to get an idea as to why they are always placing horribly at competitions.  I know that Charleston has been competing as the Wing Team for years now on default, because there are really no teams here in WV.  However, they have been battling for their slot for the past 2 years because I have started a team at the Clarksburg Squadron.  We had tied for 1st last year, this year we hope to bump them completely out of their streak.  So if someone can direct me as to how I can get those scores, mentioned above, I'd appreciate it!  Thanks!

Your wing Director of Cadet Programs should have received the scores.

I do know most of the people on the DE Wing Color Guard, and they practice a lot.  The same with the DE Wing Drill Team.

I don't want to speak to the Director or Cadet Programs, she doesn't like me for some reason.  I was trying to find a different way.

just an FYI... you might want to word your posts assuming that members of your wing read this board.  I dunno how many do, but it's still a possibility. ;)

RMR doesn't release scores or score sheets. >:(  Apparently, they haven't done it in the past, so they can't do it now.  I know from the former RMR Chief of Staff that my CG placed a close second in RMRCGC, but I don't know why.  I feel that as CG commander, I should be able to know what I did wrong...but I guess they don't.

This may just be an RMR thing.  Does NCC/NCGC release scores?

I know that NCC does give the final rankings on the NCC page under cadet programs at cap.gov, but I'm not sure if they do individual score sheets for the team.  I bet you can get those though.  I agree, you should be able to know how your team did.  I know our wing does ind. score sheets, not sure about MER itself.

SER does provide the scores for Cadet Competitions and it has proven to be a great motivator for several Wings.

As far as not asking your DCP because she does not like you.......it should not have anything to do with like or dislike.  Either they are available or not depending on Wing/Region policy. Perhaps a tactfully worded email to her would obtain the information you requested.
