I have a few quick question for cadets uniforms that I have not found the answer for in the regulations.

The first question is what current uniforms the Blue Beret is authorized to be worn with?

The second question is the proper way to wear cords. Are you allowed to use the button on the shoulder to secure them or not?

Thank you for the help.

Only woodland camo BDUs, or blue corporate field uniform.  Not ABUs.

Not.  Cords are connected at the shoulder, not the neck.

Berets are only with BDU/BBDU. Shoulder cords are to be fastened along the seam, so no use of buttons.

Except at the activity.
