How do I get a ribbon option on my Signature?

Can't find out where to generate my ribbons and put them into BBCode to put on my Signature.

Generate the rack, then screen cap it and edit however you like.  It has to be hosted somewhere and linked back.
I have mine as my avatar and link back there.

Here's a good one.  Just post the image to flickr or some other site.  Put the link in the signature and there you go.
