No shaded areas, so hard to tell what, if anything changed.

Appears to have broken ribbon graphics throughout - probably a rendering issue
with the .pdf.

"That Others May Zoom"

The graphics worked fine for me on my phone, with two different viewers.

They worked fine for me as well.

At least I wanted to read the handbook and reg first. Now to replace my old copy.

I saw it, and downloaded it to see what's different. I see nothing particularly that jumps out at me. Anyone able to decipher what changed?

SarDragon

The content is identical, but some really horrid formatting in the old one has  been fixed.

That said, why can't they pay the same attention to some publications that seriously need it, like CAPM 39-1?

I haven't looked beyond the technician portion of the manual but the only thing I could find was that the page numbers in the technician checklist had been changed to match what is actually in the pamphlet.

SarDragon

The page numbers changed because the page breaks changed with the new formatting.

Right.  The old pamphlet said to complete "X" number of tasks for the various levels on Page number "Y" but page "Y" was always the page the checklist was printed on.  The new version has the tasks printed on the previous page where they are actually listed.
