Title: WI CAP pilot killed in crash

Sadly, 2d Lt. Dean McGinn was killed in a non-CAP related crash yesterday.  Condolences go out to his family and friends.

http://www.ntsb.gov/ntsb/brief.asp?ev_id=20080515X00679&key=1 Although I'm not NTSB, sounds like to slow, not enough lift, to high of an angle of attack--why we practice power on stalls.

I read the report, and I read nothing of a stall induced accident.

Also we can argue this point later as well, but for now...

Yeah, its not in the report yet.  Its my home airport.  The NTSB is pretty slow at publicly releasing details.  The passenger was unknown for quite some time which also slowed it up.
