Title: Going To NESA Today

Heading to the Aircrew Survival short course today; I saw t-storms in the forecast.i hope that doesn't cancel the swim portion. I'm told I need that for the Syracuse mission...?

FWIW we've had people at that mission who've never been to NESA and the issue never came up AFAIK.

Good to know. Reading the conops and other docs made me think it was required. Cool!

Still hope we get the pool time though...

We never went out past safe gliding distance. I think the farthest was maybe a mile at 6k msl. Not an issue.
