Hey guess so there a financial issue and need to contact NHQ does anyone know of the correct phone number and if there's an extention line I need to use?

Have you discussed it with your Wing Finance Officer or Wing Administrator? They are usually the best people to help get squadron financial issues resolved. They can also point you to the right person to contact at NHQ if they can't help.
