As it says in the subject.
Has been this way a couple of weeks.
We'll look in to it, Bob. Thanks
Following up, it's more like 21 hours now, including a message I replied to almost immediately after noticing it in the header.
Up to 6 days.
You've hit your posting limit and have been throttled.
I just got a moderator notification that came in from the 17th, so its up to 8 days.
Working on it. Looks like we might have a server mail queue buildup.

I got that same one this morning.

I just received an email notification from a topic reply from 14+ days prior.

Oddly, I got an email notification that you posted this message like 3 minutes ago.
Now I know you're on eastern time, and if you posted at 7:25 AM and I got the notification at 8:30, there's still a "larger than there needs to be" delay in email.

Ditto.
Either whatever bad mail queue was built up has been emptying itself, or there's something else weird with SMTP.
Jerry has been on it, I'm just wondering if there's really no good answer to it.

A PM notification from 3/6 came through almost immediately.
I just received an post approval email from March 11th.

Yeah, I've started to get old PM emails now. Kinda disappointing, I thought I had someone to talk to :(

Hmmmm?
I just got notified of a PM that was in answer to one of mine that was answered several weeks ago. Logged in here ... and it's not there...
:-\
Clearly it's time to move CAPTalk to SiteViz.
You've got mail!
Then, I started getting contemporaneous notifications of replies and PM.
Ugh.
