I submitted back in April through e-services for the promotional items from the NESA Alumni Association.   I just realized according to the order form  I should have mailed it with the payment by 30 May.  Am I to late for the order to be placed?

I'm slotted for both weeks to attend the aircrew courses. 

If you attached the order form to your application in EServices, you should be fine.

So, should I send in the payment? 

Yes, it should show up in your invoice.
