Congrats to C/Col Y. Clement Ng of the New Castle Cadet Squadron, Delaware Wing as this year's winner of the $5000 Academic Scholarship.   :clap: :clap: :clap:

Winner and Recipient!  He beat others...thus he is a winner. 

Too much "everyone is a winner" and "last place is still a place" mentality in this country.

The others that did not win, good shot, but you are not better than Mr. Ng
