Is a chief allowed to go to COS?

I know some chieves who want to go to COS. are they allowed to go???

Might want to check the COS portion of the NCSA page, but I believe it's for Mitchell Award recipients only. However the Region cadet Leadership schools do accepts Chiefs and it counts the same as COS.

as far as chief or chieves; the rule says that if it ends in f you change it to v and add es. but classic English doesn't care about rules, so they say it has to be chiefs.
