All,  I am going to be starting mission scanner training soon and the Senior Squadron that I am flying with prefers aircrew to be in a flight suit (Not a requirement but preference- I already own one so no biggie).  I know Vanguard wont put USAF badges on CAP stuff.  I got all of my cloth USAF style badges for my CAP-ABU through a random website.  I am wondering if anyone knows of a website that will allow me to fully customize a Black Leather Flight Suit name tag so I can put:

*Rigger Wings*
FIRST      LAST
RANK       CAP

Once I earn my Aircrew wings with CAP I will swiftly put the mover my Parachute Rigger wings that I earned.  Id just like some sort of badge on my name tag rather than it being blank for the time being.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can custom order USAF stuff by calling them. I had to do that to get my Enlisted wings on my nametags, and it didn't turn out too bad.

I'd have an SKU for the item you want handy, though. When I first talked to them, they thought that I wanted USAF pilot wings, so some pilot wings showed up at my door a short time later. They replaced them for free when I called them and explained the issue.

https://www.nametags4u.com/flightsuit-nametags/ is a good source for this! They'll also make your rigger wings with silver on blue for your BDUs/ABUs.

YES!  These are the folks I went through for my ABU Tags.  I have a Ops Support 7lvl, Maintenance 5lvl and rigger wings I got from them... all stellar!

Yea, Scamguard. Sorry for not specifying. I know they have most aviation badges, though I know they didn't have my intel badge so I had to forego that.

On another note, Make sure Lt Donald keeps his mustache in check... It used to get pretty ratty, back in the day.  ::)

I've also had good service from http://www.flightbadge.com

(Spur Nametags... great people)

Thank you, unfortunately it looks like they only do name tapes [emoji20]

Uh, no. Flightbadge.com is flightsuit nametags.

1800nametape.com is their name tapes site.

I saw this site but they explicitly say they can't do CAP stuff. Seems like most of them have gotten a cease and desist from CAP [emoji58].

Don't know if anyone has had luck though.

I'm pretty sure most companies who haven't gotten a C&D aren't about to take the risk of getting one - you'll probably have to pick between either your Rigger wings or CAP badges.

Yeah, they got a C&D letter years ago and decided that we weren't worth the trouble.

Right now I'm just looking for the rigger wings. I'm wondering if I call scam guard if they can put the wings on a CAP flight suit badge. [emoji848]

I wouldn't doubt it, I've heard around the forum that they will do that.

Spur can't do CAP wings due to Vanguard's sole supplier relationship with CAP.

You were looking for the Rigger Badge on a flight suit nametag. They do the Rigger Badge on a flight suit name tag.

My flight suit name tag also has a military badge on it.

I still get CAP nametapes from Spur... but in this case it's just colors and letters

Vanguard's monopoly only applies to licensed logos and insignia, not to the actual letters "CAP" or words "Civil Air Patrol". Hence why you can order nametapes, nametags, etc from outside vendors that have CAP regulation lettering but without CAP insignia.
I've had both Spur and Wings'n'things in Pensacola make me flight suit tags with my Naval Aircrew wings in gold but my name, rank and CAP in Silver. I prefer Wings'n'things purely because their die for the wings is larger and more detailed compared to Spur.
I will neither confirm nor deny that there may be suppliers out there with CAP insignia dies squirreled away that will make dual mil/CAP nametags, if you know who/how to ask them.
