GSAR where to qualify?

I am a cadet A1C in NJWG and I have participated in 1 SAREX as a ground team member, I have my GES and my commander's signature and I am CPR and First Aid certified. What steps can I take from here to get qualified for GTM3, 2 and even 1?

Get on e-Services and click on Operational Qualifications (IIRC).  You will find SQTR's (training records) which are a list of tasks, prerequisites, etc. that you will need.

Get to know your Emergency Services Officer -- he/she can be a tremendous help.
