CAPC-13 form

Just wondering if I'm the only one who thinks the new CAPC-13 is the most poorly designed certificate in CAP?  I'm almost embarrassed to issue them.
Does anybody know to whom in NHQ I could express this opinion (delicately and diplomatically, of course)?

I don't think I've seen one yet, to start, is it Triangle-Thingy laden?

How new is the one you're talking about.  I got mine about 2-3 months ago and it looked nice enough to me.

The CAPC-13 is the certificate for completing Level 1.
The new one is the one that has Gen. Courter's signature on it.
The old one had "He Whose Name Shall Not Be Spoken"'s signature.
Neither had the triangle thingy (fortunately).

Well mine is definitely the new one then.  I'm assuming from your post that the old one must have looked nicer.  I'm not unhappy with what I got, but I'm still new so don' know any better.
