Back three months ago they shut down applications for STEM kits so the program could be evaluated and improved upon... with September 1st being a couple days away, what changes have been made? Are things ready for September 1st or are we having to wait even longer to order? Has there been any news pushed out?
Supposedly 19 kits this year, up 5 from last year:

Is there any type of priority system with kits ordered, as in, do AEM Teachers get theirs before Squadrons, or vice versa?

So they are now open, just ordered my squadron's kit. Seems like they changed the application slightly but besides that, the kits seem to be about the same or maybe one or two less.
