Iowa has a new Wing Commander.  He is a consumate professional.  He has been a Squadron Commander, Wing Personnel Officer, and Wing Vice Commander.  He has completed Level V in the Senior Professional Development Program.

Many of the so called "dedicated" leaders of the Iowa Experiment have left CAP.  Some of them have done everything within their power to undermine the relationship between CAP and the State of Iowa.  So much for their dedication to CAP and to serving the citizens of Iowa.

The damage has been done.  Not because of anything the new Wing Commander has or hasn't done, but rather by those, whose motives are inconsistent with the best interests of Civil Air Patrol, Iowa, and the Nation.

So be it.  We will move forward.

So, you're moving forward by criticizing those whom you've just stated have already been removed from the picture?  This progresses you forward how?

Good luck to the Colonel!  From your post, it appears he'll need it.  I do hope the remaining members will move forward with him and rebuild as much as possible (and just maybe even make things better than they were).
