Just a quick question from a new CC.

I see it is required that the "Squadron uploads unit's goals document to eServices," but I can't seem to find where on Eservices that is done.
I assumed it was under Cadet Programs, since they are specifically CP goals, but there doesn't seem to be an option there.

Could someone point me in the right direction?

Where do you see that requirement?

He is talking about the Cadet Programs SUI I think.

"Squadron uploads unit's goals document to eServices," is from the SUI worksheet B-2 Cadet Programs.

What ever document you have for you goals (.pdf, .doc, .docx) should be uploaded in the IG section of eServices in the Documentation section for B-2.

Let me know if you want an example goals document.

When it comes time to do your SUI, you upload your documentation into the SUI instance so the inspectors can see your evidence and documentation in advance.

So you need to have goals, sure, but there's not an immediate need to "upload" until inspection time.

Good point! I'd assumed if he was reading the SUI worksheet it was SUI time.

Could be a unit doing the required mid-point self-survey, or just preparing since SUI's aren't supposed to be final exams.

Hello!

Sorry for asking a question then leaving!
It's been a very busy month for both me in both Real Life and CAP.

Back to the question... Yes. Our SUI is about T-minus 50 days, and the requirement was found on the SUI worksheet.
My staff and I are all fairly new to our positions, so we're trying to make sure that we have our ducks in a row well before the SUI date.

Thanks for the answers, everyone, that helps a lot.

FYI You (or your Web Security Admin WSA) can grant your staff officers access to upload those files for the SUI. It's the only WSA assignable permission under Inspector General. Only a few positions get it by default.

I am looking for a good squadron goals template for the squadrons to use.  Any suggestions.

My wing DCP and I provided this to our units.
