Application for Encampment Staff

I was wondering if I could get some good advice or tips in preparing my CAP cover letter and resume for the upcoming encampment staff applications. I'm going to apply for Flight Sergeant btw. Also, how competitive is the selection process for staff usually?

Sorry, I think I got it mixed up with the encampment commanders. The page I saw (http://www.flcadet.com/activities/summer-encampment.aspx) was talking about positions of Encampment Commander, Deputy Commander, Commandant of Cadets, and Cadet Commander.  Does anyone if you have to submit a resume or cover letter for flight sergeant?

I suspect that you do, after all, you are applying for a position. The application is your vehicle and voice.

Hi, I'm also wondering how to apply for encampment staff, and I can't seem to figure out what a capsn is. is it a cap id?
