Another NEW CAP Board

The webmaster probably won't update the links unless he/she gets word that their broken.  ...Assuming the individual does any updating at all, which I doubt.

I noticed a link to a squadron site that I made "way back" in '99.  the unit has undergone a few changes since then and none have been noticed by the 911site.
