I have the appropriate emails sent out but since it's late I thought I would see if I could hunt the answer down here...
Cadet is going from home wing to another wing for a weekend event. 31 states group/wing sign offs are not necessary if event is in eservices. Her commander signed the 31 and sent it back to me with best wishes but did not mention if it should go higher. Where is one able to see an event in eservices?
