I guess they figured that showing the tail of the "Cessna" with Civil Air Patrol on it was enough.

Not only the airplane tail, but the pilot was I think identified as a CAP member.

Yep, the co-pilot or MO starts talking and a title appears identifying him as "Geoffrey Knauth, Civil Air Patrol."
