NHQ has been placing copies of wing and region public affairs plans on the national PA page http://www.cap.gov/visitors/members/public_affairs/

Those who enjoy a little pain may find some interesting facts and figures among them.  The plan for Nevada wing http://www.cap.gov/documents/Nevada_Wing_PA_Plan.doc seems to be blunter than most, but probably accurate in its assessments, including some of public affairs related to the Fosset search.
