Cadet Staff Handbook

NHQ/CP is currently field testing a handbook on building and training a cadet staff in a squadron.  The handbook (which is a DRAFT, and may not entirely be ready for prime time) is available in PDF here.  It's an excellent handbook, and no, Curt LaFond is not paying me to say that.

It's part of the Cadet Proving Grounds, which is where the CP shop puts a lot of their field test materials.
