Congradulations to the New Castle Cadet Squadron (MER-DE-011) Color Guard on winning the Delaware Wing Competion today.  Cadets include:
C/MSgt Jose Agosto (Color Guard Commander), C/MSgt Megan Roark, C/SSgt Angel Agosto and C/SSgt Joshua Hailey.  Well done.  :clap: :clap: :clap:
