I like the one about leaders. It shows a picture of a soaring eagle and reads "leaders are like eagles...we don't have either here."

They seem to apply more to the nurses I work with, but that is a long story in itself. 

CAP is what a person makes it.  If you allow 'demotivated' people to remain in positions of leadership then an organization is doomed for failure.

Good people also get burned out.  Someone may feel 'stuck' in a position and lose interest in seeing that the overall mission does not suffer.  Likewise people need to be motivated to step up to the plate and relieve those that are beging to show the signs of burnout.

Just my two cents.

Not really.
But I sure as heck get a good laugh every time I see one of these.
