Problem with CC Approval for Prerequisite/FamPrep

I moved about a year ago and let my training for UDF expire.  I'm trying to start back with it and for some reason, my Commander cannot approve the training.  He says eServices tells him he's not allowed.  I'm not sure if it's related to the expiration or what.  Several tasks I completed later in my training are still "green" and will expire later this year, if that makes any difference.  Has anybody else experienced this?  We're about to escalate to the wing.

Well your first problem is your name isn't showing up at all in a 101 card lookup. There may be a problem with your e-services account. I'd verify your dues are paid and that your CPPT refresher is done, after that I'd open a helpdesk ticket.

Yeah, the first thing to do is see if e-services will let you print a Form 101.
But go through and make sure all your recurring training is current. Some of it may have not survived your transfer. It should have but you know how that is.
Also check with your commander to see what they see when they bring you up on their Commander's Dashboard.
There's a lot of stuff you and your commander can fix yourselves before you start getting wing and national involved.

Comes up fine for me. UDF commander approval request was entered June 2 and is pending approval.

Dodd, first thing is to make sure that your commander is in the right place. Next, see if the deputy commander or ES/Ops officers can approve it. After that, I'd recommend submitting a help desk request in case something got screwed up behind the scenes.
If you are confident in you abilities and experience, whether someone else is impressed is irrelevant. - Eclipse

Well, "Dodd" is my middle name.  It's the name I go by, but not my "Air Force Name :-).  I'm curious how jeders was able to look me up.  *I* can't even find myself by looking up "Dodd Martin" :-).

How were you able to find me?  My "official" name isn't Dodd, but it's the name I go by.  I suppose you could have looked up "Martin" and then scrolled through all 400 of us (10 at a time) looking for my unit, but who has that kind of time?

What do you mean by the commander "in the right place?"  He's approved a couple of Fam/Prep sign-offs, so I would assume (possibly incorrectly) that nothing has changed.

Believe in fate, but lean forward where fate can see you.

Last name, unit, rank. It's easy. I couldn't search strictly by unit.

Well...I learned something today.  There are operators in the 101 search, you just have to know how to separate them  :-)

I  would ask, with CC approval, the wing ES officer to take a look at it. I suspect something is screwed up with your record in eServices, and no one at the Wing level or Region can approve it. That is why you need to reach out to wing ss they will need to contact NHQ, to get it fixed.
