So true.  I guess I overlooked that part.  Yes, short-sleeve with tie is not kosher.

Personally, I've never been able to get the (short sleeve + tie = Dilbert) equation out of my head.

Seriously, wearing hot weather service and topping it off with a neck choker seems counterproductive...
